Our property business was established in Ireland in 1996 and expanded to London the following year.   A few years later, we decided to examine the French market and it did not take long to decide that the Dordogne region was the most likely to meet our business plans. We realised that just as the local culture (gourmet food, fine wines, street markets, easy going life style, lovely climate, nice people) impressed us that it would also appeal to a very wide audience.

We have since built a beautiful complex of five detached holiday homes www.frenchhouserentals.com at St Pierre de Frugie, a small medieval village near La Coquille, and acquired our hotel www.domaine-la-roseraie.com at Brantome in 2005. The grounds of the hotel extend to 4 hectares on which we are planning to build upmarket houses and apartments commencing by Spring 2007.
